Designed for pressing oil from oilseeds.
Soybean, full-fat soy, sunflower seed, rape seed may be applied as raw materials.
The raw material refined of metal admixtures and rubbish (impurity is up to 1 % ) first enters the pressing cage. Moving through the pressing cage the material undergoes squeezing, which grows on its way to the outlet. Under the pressure the oil is squeezed out of material and coming through the slits of the pressing cage it goes to the tray. The oilcake is forced out by the screw barrel out of the pressing cage due to the adjustable clearance between the cone and the outlet ring.
As compared with existing counterparts Oil Press ОР-1000 Bronto has prolonged pressing cage, which allows together with extruder for dry extrusion E-1000 to get high quality oil and high protein cake with greater output. Due to the “expаnding” construction of the pressing cage maintenance burden is much reduced and operation conditions are improved.
