This machine is designed for production of compound mixed fodders with increased digestibility and harmfull bacteria purifying for farm animals, poultry and pets, predators, fish. Protein and mineral admixtures may also be added to raw material before the process of extrusion.

The following commonly used grains may be applied alone or combined as raw materials:
wheat, neigh, maize, barley, peas, beans, soybeans, rape and sunflower.

Using this extruder allows:
produce animal feed of high quality
produce extruded animal feed with protein admixtures
save over 40 % of grain during animal feeding
save over 30 % of energy during soy, rape and sunflower processing prior to extraction of oils
use available raw material effectively
control the quality of used animal feed
purify the ill-conditioned raw material of bacteria
process grain wastes
produce petfood for dogs, cats and predators
produce granulated fish feed

In an extrusion line, dry raw materials first enter the feeding hopper and are then mixed inside conditioner with liquids or heated with steam. They undergo heat effect, sterilization and disinfection. Finally, they reach the heart of the extruder system, the processing section.
Here, the screw rotates in a barrel, feeding the contents toward the end of the barrel.
Processing section combines several unit operations - crushing, mixing, cooking, drying and stabilization. In the treatment section admixtures and premixes may also be added. There is a clam installed between the feeder and the barrel (for outlet of conditioned material without extrusion treatment).
