This modification of extruder E-1000 is intended for production of animal feed with high protein content.
This machine is designed for production of mixed fodders with high content of protein from meat and fish waste products.
The following commonly used grains and cereals may be applied alone or combined as raw materials: wheat, neigh, maize, barley, peas, beans, as well as meat-processing raw waste.
Using this extruder allows:

The top-mounted feeding hopper contains a feed screw which feeds the material into the main processing section. The intake is regulated by varying speed of the feed screw. Magnet catcher is installed within a hopper. The product is forced out through the die plate giving it a definite form.
